1 Year Diploma in Hospitality Management
The model Certificate Course in Food Production curriculum at Spectra Institute of Career Guidance & Management (SICGM) has been drafted by an expert panel, on the basis of current need for skills at the Hospitality Industry; student’s educational background, & their capability to adapt.While developing this curriculum, thought has been provided for the recent changes and technological advancement in the culinary world and many pertinent topics has been included.Six months on campus training will be provided to & six months industrial training will be provided in star category hotel in India & abroad.
Eligibility: A 10th standard qualification with any set of subjects is the minimum criterion for the candidate to pursue diploma in hospitality Management.
Eligibility: 10th standard passed from a recognized Board or equivalent. 10th standard appearing candidate can also apply for this course.
