SICGM:- SICGM was established in 2017. SICGM was established by Mr. Kazi Rahaman. Spectra institute of career guidance and management or SICGM is an established name in imparting education & training in hospitality sector. Mr. Kazi has got more than 15 years of experience in top corporate in India & GCC Counties. He wears the hat of being renowned chef in India & GCC countries as well.
Initially SICGM was providing diploma in hotel management to marginalized youth of the society & it was an endeavor to make unemployed youth employable. It was great success for SICGM students that they were absorbed by star hotels in India & abroad for industrial training & final  placement.
Mile stone

• 2017 – Year of establishment.
• Year 2018:

SICGM decided to spread its wings & wanted to make it hotel Management College. It decided to offer 3 years full time global program in hospitality management along with diploma courses. The management took steps towards a big leap.
Year 2019
1. SICGM came under "SPECTRA YOUTH INDIA WELFARE TRUST" and got registered under trust & society act.
2. SICGM is shifted in new campus in CHINAR PARK, NEW TOWN, Cube building, 10th Floor.
3. SICGM started to offer 3 years full time global program hospitality management & offered global exposure to all its students.
4. SICGM got empanelled with Arunachal University of Studies as training associate under "National Skill Qualification Framework".
5. SICGM has tied up with industry partners to offer global internship program in various countries for its students.
6. SICGM started to offer post graduate program in hospitality management.
7. Alumni network: The supremely accomplished alumni group has proved to be some of the best human resources, creating and disseminating knowledge about hospitality management to the Indian & the global hospitality industry.
8. SICGM is developing partnership with Australian hospitality institutions. This partnership will help students to study, work and make a living in Australia.
9. SICGM has got strong relationship with hotel chains in GCC countries where its students are employed. Students of SICGM are specially trained in Arabic cuisine.
